Advanced ChatGPT Features is a compact, hands-on training for people who already use ChatGPT but want to move past the chat box and get real work done with it. This is not "What is AI?" If you've never typed a prompt before, start with a fundamentals course first. If you have, and you keep hearing about Canvas, Projects, Custom GPTs, Deep Research, Agent Mode, and Apps without quite knowing which one to reach for and when — you're in the right place. The course has two goals: give you enough vocabulary and mental models to hold your own in a meeting or a job interview where these features come up, and walk you through enough concrete examples that you can actually use them tomorrow morning.
